This is "Operating in the Shadows" from @all_mixed_up_lacquers (Shield $8) – A thermal that changes from dark grey when cold to light grey when warm. It has scattered holographic glitter, UCC flakies shifting from pink/purple/blue/gold and blue/gold/green, and iridescent rainbow flakies. "S.H.I.E.L.D. was the group behind The Avengers Initiative. They created The Avengers to fight the battle that S.H.I.E.L.D. itself never could, and to protect the world and human race from destruction."
